Boost Velocity ("we," "us," "our") is a business process automation and AI integration agency. Our website is boostvelocity.io. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit our website or engage our services.

Information you provide:
- Name, email, company name when you submit a contact form, unlock a plan PDF, or book a call
- Process descriptions and answers you type (or dictate via your browser's speech recognition) into the free AI automation plan generator
- Website URL and business details shared during discovery calls
- API credentials and tool access provided during active engagements (stored securely, deleted after contract ends)
Information collected automatically:
- Basic analytics data (page views, referral source) via privacy-friendly analytics
- Calendly booking information when you schedule a call
3. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to inquiries and schedule consultations
- To deliver automation services you have contracted
- To send project updates and post-launch support communications
- To improve our website and services
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Free AI Automation Plan Generator
You can read your custom automation plan in full without providing an email. Copy and PDF download unlock when you submit a short form (name, email, company). Process descriptions you share are stored securely.
- Form data (lead records): used to email your PDF, follow up if you ask our team to review your plan, and prepare for a call. Declining the optional team-review checkbox still unlocks your PDF.
- Anonymised process patterns: we keep scrubbed, de-identified process descriptions (no names, emails, or fine-grained timestamps) to improve our recommendations. See the site footer notice.
- Voice input: transcription runs in your browser via the Web Speech API. We never record or upload audio — only the text you see and edit before submitting.
- Deletion: email hello@boostvelocity.io to request deletion of identified lead records.
5. Client Data During Engagements
During active projects, we may access your CRM, automation platforms, and other tools as needed to deliver services. This access is:
- Limited to what is necessary for the contracted work
- Stored in isolated, encrypted environments
- Never mixed with other client data
- Deleted within 30 days of contract termination unless otherwise agreed
6. AI Brain Service (Roadmap / Waitlist)
AI Brain is on our product roadmap and is not sold yet. When offered, additional data processing terms will apply via a Data Processing Agreement. Until then, nothing in this section creates a live product commitment.
7. Third-Party Services
Our website and services may use the following third-party services:
- Calendly (scheduling)
- Vercel (website hosting)
- Anthropic (AI processing for the plan generator and client projects — data sent per query)
- Resend (transactional email for plan PDFs and contact form)
- Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection on plan and contact forms)
8. Data Security
We implement reasonable security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), access controls, and regular backups. Process descriptions submitted through the plan generator are stored securely. No system is 100% secure, but we take commercially reasonable steps to protect your data.

You have the right to:
- Request access to personal data we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of your data
- Opt out of any marketing communications
